Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-06-25
WorkplaceHarassmentLaw.com is attorney advertising by Ackermann & Tilajef, P.C. This policy describes what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Information you give us
If you submit the case review form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, your answers about your situation (such as the type of concern, employment status, and industry), your city and state, and any notes you choose to add. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include privileged or highly sensitive details in the form — save those for a confidential consultation.
How intake information is handled
Form submissions are delivered by email to our intake team using Resend, an email delivery service, and are reviewed by Ackermann & Tilajef, P.C. and, where appropriate for your matter, associated counsel. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry using the contact method you selected. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share intake details with advertisers.
Information collected automatically
We use privacy-conscious analytics (PostHog and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked, and general device and browser information. Session recording is disabled on this site, and analytics are configured not to capture what you type into the intake form. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps us distinguish real visitors from bots and processes limited technical signals for that purpose. Our host, Vercel, produces standard server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) needed to operate the site securely.
Retention
Intake emails are retained as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to meet our professional and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained under the default retention settings of the tools above. You may request deletion of your inquiry information at any time using the contact details below, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your rights (including California residents)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of them, call us or write to the office below — we will respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
